Governance
How Quantify Club is run, which documents govern it, and how it is funded.
Governing bodies
The Articles of Association establish two governing bodies. The three operational desks are not governing bodies; see how they are organised.
General Assembly
The highest decision-making body, composed of all members. It elects the Executive Committee, approves the annual report, activity plan and financial statements, adopts internal regulations and amendments to the Articles, and decides on dissolution and final exclusion decisions.
Executive Committee
A President, a Vice President and a Treasurer, elected by the General Assembly for one-year terms. The Executive Committee manages the Association and carries out the resolutions of the General Assembly.
Internal regulations may be proposed by the Executive Committee and adopted by the General Assembly.
